Clinton “Johnny” Haughton moved from Jamaica to Atlanta, Georgia, nearly two decades ago and came to New Orleans in 2008. After years of cooking on cruise ships, Clinton started selling Jerk Chicken on the street before launching his food truck business, named Johnny’s Jamaican Grill, in 2013. He’s been in the food industry for more than two decades and has mastered the delicious flavors of Jamaican cuisine.
