Culinary Vendor - The Pupusa Lady Owner & Crew

Mirian Rodriguez, The Pupusa Lady, at Roux Carre with her husband, son and crew. Mirian formerly prepared ceviche at chef Adolfo Garcia’s now-closed RioMar restaurant. Through Roux Carre, Mirian hopes to create jobs and to forge her identity as a restauranteur. Mirian previously owned a restaurant in Honduras, her native country, but left Honduras following the devastation of Hurricane Mitch in 1998. Mirian considers Chef Adolfo Garcia as her mentor and inspiration for opening The Pupusa Lady.
